Best ever! Other places estimated me at $2500.00 They fixed my car in 1 hour for $150. with no sign of a dent. They even went above and beyond to look at a suspension issue at not cost! I didn't think good people like this still existed. Turns out they are here in Felton~ Stellar!!!

I called Ladd's stressed out of my mind after smoke started seeping out from underneath my car's hood on Graham Hill. Thanks to the amazing Chris who answered the phone and even went to to coordinate things with Dr. Auto next door, I felt that I was being taken care of in a big way. Everyone who helped me out, from Chris to my tow truck driver Juan to the owner Angelica, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I was totally blown away by this awesome company. Good people, great, speedy service, and reasonable rates - this is old-school, outstanding customer service! I love Ladd's!

James took very good care of me and got my car all the way to San Jose without a problem. We had a nice conversation on the way, and I enjoyed my trip, which is unusual for being towed! I hope I don't need the service again, but if I do, I will have no problem calling Ladd's. I will ask for James.
